We are unable to provide refunds from purchases made through the iOS In-App purchases since the transaction is carried out through the Apple App Store. This means that all refunds must be processed by Apple.
Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

Who is responsible for processing refunds for purchases made through iOS In-App purchases, and why is it not possible for refunds to be provided directly by the seller?
